Celadon Coturnix Quail are a unique line of Japanese Quail that lay beautiful bluish green eggs. 
This gene is recessive, meaning both parents must have two copies of the gene in order to produce 100% blue egg laying offspring. 
The rooster and hens in the covey are Homozygous for the Celadon (Ce) gene, so you will hatch out 100% celadon quail.
