Refund & Return Policy – Hatching Eggs

At South East Game Birds, we take great care in selecting, storing, and packaging our hatching eggs to give you the best possible chance of a successful hatch. However, due to the delicate and variable nature of hatching eggs, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

No Returns

Due to their perishable and fragile nature, hatching eggs cannot be returned under any circumstances.

No Guarantee of Hatch Rate

We do not guarantee hatch rates. Many factors beyond our control can affect hatch success, including but not limited to:

  • Incubation conditions (temperature, humidity, turning)

  • Handling during shipping

  • Incubator performance

  • Experience level of the breeder

By purchasing, you acknowledge that hatch success can vary and accept this risk.

Damaged Eggs on Arrival

If your eggs arrive visibly damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged eggs within 24 hours of delivery

  • Email us at [your email address] with your order number and photos

We may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion, depending on the situation.

Fertility Issues

We ensure that eggs are collected from healthy, active breeding groups. However:

  • We cannot guarantee fertility due to variables outside our control

  • No refunds will be issued for poor fertility or hatch rates

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
